It is one thing to be tasked with building a commercial swimming pool. However, it is an entirely different task when you are building not just one but multiple swimming pools. Then add in the challenge of designing multiple pools that live up to the high standards of a North Scottsdale luxury rental community, and you have a job that is beyond the capability of most Phoenix pool builders. However, the Legend at Kierland project was the perfect opportunity for UNIQUE Pool and Spa to demonstrate what sets them apart from other pool companies.

The Legend pools included custom-designed and constructed features such as a massive water feature that required special engineering, custom masonry work, multiple state of the art pumps, filters, heaters, and upgraded electrical panels. Coordinating this intricate schedule with subcontractors would have been almost impossible. Fortunately, all of the work on this project was completed by the team of skilled craftsmen at UNIQUE.

The Legend At Kierland is now home to a resort-style outdoor recreation and living space that includes multiple custom pools and spas, designed and built by UNIQUE Pool and Spa. As soon as prospective residents see this space, they will be asking how quickly they can sign a lease, so that they can begin enjoying this fantastic luxury oasis.
