We realized early on that pool builders depended entirely on subcontractors to get the job done as they lacked the necessary staff and crews to carry out the tasks required to construct a pool. It was an eye-opener for us, and we observed how projects would take months to complete, with the pool builders often missing in action for weeks on end. We also noted how little consideration the pool builder had for the entire project, leaving the homeowner to find another contact to build other outdoor structures such as pergolas.

With our keen observation of customer frustration, we decided to take matters into our own hands and began building our pools, outdoor structures, and landscapes in 2005. Unique emerged as one of the pioneers in landscape and pool contracting in Phoenix, setting the standard for full-service outdoor construction. Today, with hundreds of successful pool constructions and satisfied clients, we have become masters at integrating swimming pools with landscapes and complete outdoor living environments.

• Staff/Customer Service: We employ only experienced landscape and pool designers, and our design team averages over 25 years of experience in the industry, with most being with Unique for over five years. Each project is assigned a project superintendent, and our friendly office staff is available from 6:30 am to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday to assist with scheduling, accounting, and warranty issues.
