The impact of moving water is a theme throughout this design. From each living space you have a UNIQUE view of one of the spectacular water features. Your eye moves from the negative edge pool that appears to be hovering over the desert to the shear descent waterfall at the raised sunbathing platform to the negative edge spa perched above the pool and outdoor kitchen to provide the perfect view of the skyline below. Even sitting in the outdoor dining area, which is shaded by a custom built pergola, you hear the moving water and see the inset tile in the shape of a wave that cascades across the top of the bar.

The covered patio offers spectacular views of each of the lower outdoor living areas as well as the calming sound of the water flowing over the edge of the spa. But the key feature in this space is the 30’ fireplace and the massive trusses that provide the cozy feel of a grand lodge far from the valley of the sun.
