This new pool and landscape project in Chandler features a new pool and elevated spa as well as an Alumawood shade structure over the BBQ area.
Welcome to the Sessions Project
This project began with a typical Chandler backyard and transformed it into a complete outdoor living and entertaining space which includes an outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a fireplace. The travertine mini-Versailles paver patio in a random three piece pattern added just under 900 square feet of additional living space to this home without including the fun and relaxation space of the the pool and elevated spa. A large portion of the new patio enjoys much desired shade thanks to the two Alumawood shade structures.
In addition, a 60” powder coated pool fence and self-closing gate were added to maintain pool safety and separate the almost 600 square feet of artificial turf that was added from the pool area. . This 70 oz. American made product offers a full 8 year manufacturer’s warranty and provides a low maintenance, no water alternative to natural grass.
The elevated spa features therapy jets and the same Wet Edge Pacific Blue Coast interior surface that is in the pool.
Travertine accents on the face of the fireplace and in the firebox provide a custom look and tie the fireplace to the travertine pavers used in the decking.
A second matching Alumawood shade structure provides additional covered seating to create a full outdoor dining area.
This great design makes very efficient use of the space and allows for a pool and spa, an outdoor BBQ area and even a cozy place to enjoy a fire on a cool evening.
At night, the Pacific Blue Coast pool and spa interior become even more radiant and the travertine creates the perfect frame for the rich blue tones.
This property was designed to offer the homeowners a year round oasis. The pool is refreshing in the summer and the fireplace becomes the cozy focus in the cooler months.
